I’ve always connected deeply with a quote by Pablo Picasso, “Our goals can only be reached through the vehicle of a plan. There is no other route to success.” I believe that every Small Business Owner, no matter how successful, can build an even stronger and more successful business with focused strategic planning efforts.
Unfortunately, most Small Business Owners don’t set aside the time or aren’t sure how to approach strategic planning. That is where I come in.
I’ve spent 20 years supporting teams, departments, and executive managers with project and program planning, process development and improvement, and strategic implementation.
After some life-changing events, I left Corporate and now apply my experience to help Women Small Business Owners strategically evaluate and improve their business projects and operations.
