Female Business Coach?
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between a consultant and a coach?
The difference between a consultant and a coach is often blurry and widely open to interpretation. Both are useful for a Small Business Owner, but the approach is very different.
To me, a consultant is a subject matter expert who is hired specifically to help with an issue. She will review your needs and provide detailed recommendations or instructions on what to do. On the other hand, a coach is an expert listener and organizer. She will learn as much as possible about your entire business and your needs. Then she will help YOU identify and determine the best options and provide guidance and support.
I like to say that I’m a strategic coach because it is my honor to work WITH you. I don’t tell you how you run your business. I get to know your business and then together we figure out how to help make your business better.
How do I know that you won't share information about my business with other clients?
I include a non-disclosure agreement in all of my contacts to protect your business.
What kind of things do you help Small Business Owners with?
Based on your answers, I’ll provide one recommendation on what you can do to start improving your operations and a free exercise or checklist to get started right away.
Do you only work with Women?
No, I don’t. I have just found that my approach to working with Small Business Owners tends to be more of interest to Women instead of Men. But, I love to help any Small Business Owner.
