I bring 20 years of experience supporting teams, departments, and executive managers with project and program planning, process development and improvement, and strategic implementation directly to your Small Business.

Organizing Business Ideas

Extracting and organizing the thoughts in your head into action items that need to be handled immediately, concerns that need to be evaluated in greater detail and addressed, and future goals that can be documented and set aside.

This will help clear your head and alleviate stress and overwhelm.

Small Business Projects

Evaluating new actions that you are considering for your operations and providing program management support, project management support, or process development recommendations and/or support.

This will enable you to confidently and efficiently work towards the completion of your goals within your scope, schedule, and budget.

Operations Planning

Reviewing, defining if necessary, and evaluating your current business operations to identify areas for improvement, new systems or tools that will be helpful, or opportunities to delegate efforts.

This will streamline your operations, decrease your workload, and optimize your efforts.

Small Business Strategic Planning

Improving or developing a strategic plan for your business that clearly defines your purpose, mission, values, stakeholders, and vision to ensure that you know where you are, why you are doing what you’re doing, who should be involved, and where you want to be in a specific amount of time.

This will allow you to create an actionable road map towards your vision and a decision matrix to ensure that you don’t stray from your path.

As Needed Support:

Strategic Coaching

Two or three-hour individual coaching session to help clear your head or address specific needs when you want help.

This includes:

  • Pre-session survey and questionnaire to identify the primary areas of focus for the session.
  • Recording of the session (audio if in-person / video if remote).
  • Written report within 48-hours of the session including 1) a brief written summary of the meeting, 2) a detailed description of primary elements of discussion (such as a project list, workflow description, etc), and 3) recommendations and/or templates.
  • One round of follow-up email communications to clarify any items in the report.

$347 for 2-hour session OR $497 for 3-hour session


Whiteboard Session

Eight-hour brainstorming and/or planning session to support large projects or overall operations.

This includes:

  • Pre-session survey and questionnaire to identify the primary areas of focus for the session.
  • Written report within 1 week of the session including 1) photographs of the white-board notes, 2) brief written summary of the meeting, 3) detailed plan for primary elements of discussion (such as a project plan, workflow description, and diagrams, or draft operations plan), and 3) recommendations and/or templates for next steps.
  • Two rounds of follow-up email communications to clarify any items in the report.

$1,397 for session and follow-up

What is the Process to Start Working Together?

Apply for a FREE Strategic Assessment

I ask every potential client to fill out an application for an initial free strategic assessment. I expect that you as a Small Business Owner will carefully select the right Strategic Coach or Fractional COO for your business. Likewise, I will select the right clients that match my values and ideals. To work closely together on your business, we both need to be in alignment.

Participate in the Strategic Assessment

During the Assessment, we will have an opportunity to get to know each other, identify the key elements that you need help with, and consider the best options to possibly work together. If we don’t BOTH feel very comfortable being honest and open, then the relationship won’t work. If you live in the Charlotte, NC area this can be conducted in person. Otherwise, this will be conducted via a Zoom video call.

Review the Follow-Up Report

Within 48 hours of the Strategic Assessment, I will email you a summary of our discussion and a recommendation of how we might be able to start working together (including the costs). I will be very clear if I think that I can help or if I don’t think that we would be a good partnership going forward. I believe in 100% transparency.

Select Service

After reviewing the summary, you decide if you want to move forward with an initial Strategic Session. I offer additional services (see information below), but usually, start every new client with a Strategic Coaching Session first. 

Finalize Business Relationship and Schedule Session

If you decide to move forward working with me, I’ll send you a contract for review and signature, a link to pay for the services, and a calendar link to schedule the session. I will also send a link to a personality test that will help me better understand your communication style.
